Contest Rules and Regulations:

• No purchase necessary to enter contest.
• Contest to commence January 1st, 2009 and ends midnight, August 31st, 2009.
• Entrants must be a citizen of the United States or Canada who are at least 25 years of age at the time of prize drawing (September 1st, 2009). Employees of Destin Luxury Rentals, Inc. and/or East Pass Realty and their families are ineligible to enter.
• Entry must be by valid email address only with a limit of one (1) email address per household. No spam, third party, or business/corporate email addresses will be accepted.
• Contest drawing to be held on September 1st, 2009 at Destin Luxury Rentals, Inc. main business office.
• One winner will be randomly selected from the complete contestant entry list. Winner will be notified via email no later than September 5th, 2009 and has 10 days from date of notification to respond to Destin Luxury Rentals via email to: info@destinluxuryrentals.com or by calling our main office toll-free 1-800-541-4191 to validate and claim their prize.
• If for any reason, the selected winner is unable to accept their prize and/or meet the contest requirements set forth herein, Destin Luxury Rentals reserves the right to select a different winner from the remaining pool of contest entrants.
• The winner will receive one (1) free, 3 night stay that includes all applicable associated reservation fees to be assumed by Destin Luxury Rentals, Inc. Destin Luxury Rentals, Inc. reserves the right to select the property and unit from current property inventory at the time winners reservation is made.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Destin Luxury Rentals, Inc. contests or advertised specials.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any previously made or future bookings of a Destin Luxury Rentals, Inc. vacation property.
• Winning contestant must make their reservation for and take their 3 day stay between September 8th, 2009 and December 31st, 2009.
• Void where prohibited by law.
